Click on the Activity Name.

Click on the You will find "View I-9 Audit" icon gadget on the Form I-9 if you have entered and saved the Section 2 details. Click on the "View I-9 Audit" icon. 

What information is shown in the I-9 Audit page?

Any entry or modifications made in the document details are logged and are displayed in the Data Change History in an ascending manner. By default the section shows the last modified time and date of the last modification applied with the corresponding attributes/document information displayed under Attributes.

If you want to view the log history of the previous entries/modifications, click on the respective link in the I-9 Data Change History.
