Prescreen Activities include actions under Background Check Processing and Background Check Results.
How do I complete the Prescreen Activities?
The HR Specialist will receive an email regarding the completion of the New Hire's prescreening information.

In My Tasks, after the new hire has completed the first part of their onboarding process, the HR Specialist will receive the task of Background Check Processing.
Click on Background Check Processing.
Note: there can be more than one activity for the same person, but these are usually done on the same page, one after the other without needing to go back to My Tasks.

Click on Save.
Note: You can see that 7 activities have already been completed by the new hire.
Note: The locks indicate dependency on an earlier activity–you must click on Save before continuing to the next activity.

Click on the acknowledgement box.
Click Electronically Acknowledged.

Pre-Screen Audit is the final Prescreen activity. After completion, an email is sent to the New Hire notifying them that the HR review is complete and that they can resume their onboarding process.
Note: there will be a time stamp on when you have completed this Prescreen Audit activity.
Note: the locks indicate that you cannot move on until the New Hire has completed other activities.
