Hovering over the different segments in the graphs will say the category and how many pending activities/roles fit into that category.

For both graphs, clicking on any segment will pull up more information on who the pending tasks are affecting and what needs to be done.

The information:

• Name of New Hire
• When the activity was assigned, date and time (in military time: hour.minutes.seconds)
• The New Hire's Start Date
• What Step it is on
• What Activity is in progress
  
• What Role Type must complete the activity
