.New Hires v1.3

A new hire is someone who has accepted an offer of employment but has not yet completed their onboarding process.

The new hire's onboarding process consists of the following:

  • Receiving an invitation email from the Recruiter.
  • Completing self registration to set up a User ID and Password for system access.
  • Completing onboarding activities.
  • Submitting onboarding information to Human Resources for review and processing.

Here is what a standard homepage for new hires looks like. These modules may change depending on a System Administrator/Process Administrator's Organization Homepage Configuration.

Note that "Outstanding Tasks" is the most important for a new hire, as it lets them continue their onboarding process.
