SmartERP integrates with ADP and automatically syncs the user data. Hence if the user is already been added in ADP, the data automatically flows to Smart Onboarding without the need to add this new user in Smart Onboarding portal.

How to add a new user?

Add a new user in the ADP Marketplace. The user data automatically flows to Smart Onboarding. 

Go to Manage Users/Contacts, select the user and add RoleType and Security information. Click Save.

How to delete a user?

Deleting an existing user from the organization is similar.

Anytime, you want to delete a user, do it in ADP.

Since the data automatically flows to Smart Onboarding, there is no need to delete the user in Smart Onboarding portal. The user's account in Smart Onboarding gets automatically locked.

How to modify an existing User/Contact?

If you want to modify user's RoleType or Security information, you can directly do it in Smart Onboarding portal. 

Navigate to Manage Users/Contacts, select the user and modify the information as required.
