Why is Review Content important?

You can see how many of each content categories that you have in the system. Beyond that, it allows you to be able to view the details of the content like the additions or modifications to the content. It is a good way to figure out if you want to make a Content Revision.

How do you access Review Content Revision?

Click the Menu icon on the top left corner of the page.

Under Revisions, Click Review Content Revision.

How do you see the content details?

The content details page is displayed as below. Click on View of any content category to look into more info.

For each of the Content Category, viewing the details of the content is the same method. You can either click on search or filter it by entering the details to find a specific one.

Click on the content ID or description to view the content details.

You can see what is inside of this particular notification template.

If you want to change the content of the the notification template, you can do that using a Content Revision.

Let us take another example of reviewing Smart Forms. Click on View for the Smart Forms.

Click "Search" to see the entire list of Smart Forms. Select any one Form ID.

This presents the lastest Smart Form in read only mode with revision life cycle displayed in left side of the page. To navigate to old revisions in the life cycle, click on their revision number links.
