What is Revision Insight?

Revision Insight shows the following metrics related to revisions:

• Process Revisions by Status
• Content Revisions by Status
• Revision Creation

Who can access Revision Insight?

The following checked Role Types can access Revision Insight.

How do you access Revision Insight?

Click the Menu icon and then scroll down to Revisions. Click Revision Insight.

How do you use Revision Insight?

Below is an example of a Revision Insight page.

Hovering over any segment in any graph shows the associated sub-category name and the total number of Revisions in that sub-category.  

Clicking on a segment presents a popup with the details related to that segment. The popup below shows the list of Content Revisions with status 'Completed'.

Click Revision No to view the revision details.

The Manage Revision page is displayed for the associated revision.

Hovering and clicking are available on any of the segments of any of the graphs.
