This feature allows you to establish partnership with provider companies for specific services. Using Provider Registration, you can link up the companies with different providers to avail their services.

Who can access the Provider Registration page?

Users with the System Administrator role are allowed to access the Provider Registration page.

How do you access the Provider Registration page?

Click the menu icon at the top left corner of the page and select "Provider Registration" link from the Integration section in the navigation menu.

The page will display various sections where providers can be added from the available providers list.

How do you register a provider?

To register a provider in any section, click the lookup icon to search for the Provider ID.

Select a provider from the list.

The selected Provider ID will be displayed in the corresponding section on the Provider Registration page. Click the "Register" button to complete the process.

How do you edit provider details for background verification?

To edit the provider details, click the "Edit" button in the row corresponding to the provider you wish to update.

On this page, you can update the information for the selected provider. Click the lookup icon to access the list of companies and select the company for which you want to add provider services. Additionally, if needed, update the contact information by selecting from the user list and click "OK".

If you want to add the provider service to additional companies, click "Add Company" to insert a new row and provide the details for another Company.

How do you select a WOTC service provider?

From the list, select a provider of your choice.

Click the "Save" button. This will enable the provider for WOTC services.

After setting up the provider, add the WOTC activity in the onboarding process through a Process Revision. The WOTC survey of the selected provider will show up in the New Hire's onboarding as shown below.
