How do you access Work Assignment Insight?
Click the Menu icon and then scroll down to Reports/Dashboards. Click Work Assignment Insight.

How do you use Work Assignment Insight?

The charts show counts of activities/tasks. Clicking on a segment in the chart presents a popup with more details. Below is an example of clicking the Complete I-9 activity.
