What is the Reverify Console?

The Reverify Console is a page that allows E-Verify Specialists to search and navigate to a new hire's I-9 information when the I-9 is in a Reverify status.

It can be used to perform the following actions for a new hire's onboarding process:

  • Complete I-9 (Reverify actions)

Who has access to the Reverify Console?

Only users with the following checked Role Types can access the Reverify Console:

When do you use the Reverify Console?

Any time after the I-9 ID is created (after Save in the Complete I-9 activity), the new hire's I-9 data will show up in the Reverify Console. However, the actions differ depending on the user's role type and where the new hires are in their process, making the timing of the Reverify Console's use different.

How do you access the Reverify Console?

The Reverify Console can be accessed in this way:

Menu Icon: The Menu Icon is used to display all relevant actions the current user is able to perform 

 

Access Via Menu Icon:

Every action a User is able to perform can be found by using the Menu Icon.  The Menu icon can be found in the upper right hand corner of the page.  On the Menu drop down, select Reverify Console, under I-9 Consoles.

What makes up the Reverify Console page?

The Reverify Console page is made up of 2 sections: the Search Filter and the I-9 Details.

Search Filter 

When there are a lot of I-9 IDs in the system, it is efficient to have search filter options to quickly find a specific I-9 ID. Next to the field, you can change the search option to specify how you want your text to be perceived.

Case Number

  • Filter by Case Number

  • Selecting "begins with" will search for the beginning of the Case Number for the character(s) that you enter
  • Selecting "contains" will search for any of the Case Numbers that has the character(s) that you enter
  • Selecting "equal to" will search for the Case Number that is exactly what you type in

Company ID

  • Filter by Company ID

  • Selecting "begins with" will search for the beginning of the Company ID for the character(s) that you enter
  • Selecting "contains" will search for any of the Company IDs that has the character(s) that you enter
  • Selecting "equal to" will search for the Company ID that is exactly what you type in

Empl ID
  • Select by the Employee ID in the HR system

Last Name

  • Filter by Last Name

  • Selecting "begins with" will search for the beginning of the Last Name for the letter(s) that you enter
  • Selecting "contains" will search for any of the Last Names that has the letter(s) that you enter
  • Selecting "equal to" will search for the Last Name that is exactly what you type in


Middle Initial

  • Filter by Middle Initial

  • Selecting "begins with" will search for the beginning of the Middle Initial for the letter that you enter
  • Selecting "contains" will search for any of the Middle Initials that has the letter that you enter
  • Selecting "equal to" will search for the Middle Initial that is exactly what you type in


First Name

  • Filter by first name

  • Selecting "begins with" will search for the beginning of the First Name for the letter(s) that you enter
  • Selecting "contains" will search for any of the First Names that has the letter(s) that you enter
  • Selecting "equal to" will search for the First Name that is exactly what you type in

Date of Birth
  • Filter by the new hire's Date of Birth
  • Selecting "equal to" will show you the I-9 IDs for new hires that were born on that specific date
  • Selecting "between" will generate another search box
  • Selecting "greater than or equal to" will show you the I-9 IDs for new hires that were born on that specific date or later
  • Selecting "less than or equal to" will show you the I-9 IDs for new hires that were born on that specific date or earlier

Social Security #

  • Filter by Social Security #

  • Selecting "begins with" will search for the beginning of the Social Security # for the character(s) that you enter
  • Selecting "contains" will search for any of the Social Security #s that has the character(s) that you enter
  • Selecting "equal to" will search for the Social Security # that is exactly what you type in

Eligibility Type
  • Filter by the new hire's Eligibility Type (Citizen, Non-citizen, Alien, Permanent Resident)
Hire Date
  • Filter by the new hire's hire date
  • Selecting "equal to" will show you the new hires with a hire date of that specific date
  • Selecting "between" will generate another search box
  • Selecting "greater than or equal to" will show you the new hires with a hire date on that specific date or later
  • Selecting "less than or equal to" will show you the new hires with a hire date on that specific date or earlier
DHS Version
  • Filter by the DHS Version

The actions in the Reverify Console can be performed only by the E-Verify Specialist.

How do I perform Actions?

The primary purpose of the Reverify Console is to allow the administrator to seach and access a specific I-9 ID that needs Reverify processing.
