Candidate Insight shows the metrics for New Hires (Candidates).

Hovering over the different segments in the graph will say the category and how many New Hires (Candidates) fit into that category.

If you click on one of the segments, more information on which New Hires (Candidates) fit in that category, as well as a linked ID, and their Start Date. This applies for every graph on this page.

Scrolling down, there is Process State – hover over a bar and it will state clearly what the graph says for that category.

Locations does the same when you hover over any dot.

Once again, click on any of the bars or dots and it will pull up more information on the specific New Hires (Candidates) that fit into that category.

On the left, start Date Aging refers to how timely the new hire has been in completing their invitation.

On the right, Terminated Invitations shows the reasons indicated on why the invitation was terminated.
