The "packet" is a zip folder containing PDF files of the new hire's documents that are related to I-9 processing.  There are two ways of downloading the packet: right after finishing the verification task and through the I-9 Console.

After the Verification Task

In order to download the packet: after the verification task, click on the zip file icon.

Through the I-9 E-Verify Console-Cloud

Click the Menu Icon and click on I9 Console.

Scroll down and click on Download Packet.
