This option allows you to establish partnership with provider companies for specific services. Using Provider Registration, you can link up the companies with different providers to avail their services.

Who can access Provider Registration?

Only System Administrators are allowed to access Provider Registration.

How do you access Provider Registration?

Click the Menu icon and select Provider Registration under Integration.

The Provider Registration page is displayed as below.

How do you register a provider?

Click on the lookup icon to search for the providers. To register the provider, click on the lookup icon to search for Provider ID.

Select the provider from the list.

On the Provider Registration page, click Register. 

How do you edit provider details for background verification?

After selecting the provider for background verification, click on the Edit button.

Click on the lookup icon for the list of Companies and select the Company for which you want to add the provider services. Also, enter the contact information by selecting from the user list and click OK.

If you want to add the provider service to more companies, click Add Company.

Select another Company and provide contact details. Click OK.

How do you select a WOTC service provider?

There are certain registered WOTC providers available in the system whose services can be used by the employers, for administering WOTC survey in their New Hire's onboarding process.

Click on the lookup icon to see the list of providers registered in the system.

From the list, select a provider of your choice.

Click on "Save". This will enable the provider for WOTC services.

After setting up the provider, add the WOTC activity in the onboarding process through a Process Revision. The WOTC survey of the selected provider will show up in the New Hire's onboarding as shown below.
